利多卡因治疗心律失常时,必须采用适宜的用法与用量,使血药浓度达到并维持在有效范围内。应用利多卡因的药物动力学参数进行计算,可提高其有效性和安全性。一般心律失常患者应用此药治疗,最好先采用静脉注射至有效后,再以静脉滴注维持有效浓度;伴有心、肝疾病的心律失常患者,其剂量及滴注速度均应减半;对急性心肌梗塞伴有心衰的心律失常患者,因本品的半衰期可延长至10小时之久,尤应严格控制用量。
