(一)本市经营棉纱、土布,绸布与棉耖加工复制等业,一律停止以纱换布,土布、绸布与棉纱复制等业,不得兼营棉纱买卖业务,凡土布、绸布等一切非纺织业现存之纱,统限于十一月十一日前售完,否则,即以囤纱论处。专营棉纱业务之商号,经本局再行核准,始能经营零售业务,不得批发。(二)棉纱复制业及农村棉纱复制手工业,在本市购纱时,需将复制工
