目的：分析某设备制造厂职业病危害控制效果，识别该项目存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度，评价职业病危害防护措施效果，对存在的问题进行探讨。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、现场检测和实验室检验相结合的方法进行评价。结果该建设项目存在的主要职业病危害因素包括化学毒物、物理因素和生物因素等，各项检测结果合格率均为100%，符合职业卫生标准的各项要求。结论该建设项目针对主要职业病危害因素采取了相应的防护措施，防护效果良好，能够有效降低工作场所中的职业病危害因素的浓度和强度，较好地保护了劳动者的健康。“,”Objective To explore the occupational disease hazards and evaluate the effect of occupational hazards protective measures, discuss the existing problems of equipment manufacturer. Methods The evaluation was carried out with field investigation, detection and laboratory test methods. Results There are many occupational hazards produced in this plant, including chemical poisons, physical factors, microorganisms, etc. The qualified rate of them were 100%, which met the occupational health standards. Conclusion The plant can prevent and control the occupational hazard factors properly.
