(一)建立竞争性企业家市场的必要性随着社会主义市场经济体制的进一步建立和完善,随着我国的扩大对外开放、引进外资,对企业家的素质要求越来越高。提高企业家的整体素质的有效手段,就是引入竞争机制,而要竞争就必须有市场,就必须让企业家在市场上公平竞争,真正形成优胜劣汰的机制。建立竞争性的企业家市场,可以发掘造就优秀的企业家队伍,可以为不断成长起来的企业家人才找到用武之地,企业家的业绩和待遇可以得到合理公平
(1) The Necessity of Establishing a Competitive Entrepreneurial Market With the further establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system, as China expands its opening to the outside world and attracts foreign capital, it has become increasingly demanding for the quality of entrepreneurs. An effective means to improve the overall quality of entrepreneurs is to introduce competition mechanisms. To compete, we must have a market. We must allow entrepreneurs to compete fairly in the market and truly create a mechanism for survival of the fittest. To establish a competitive entrepreneurial market, we can explore and create outstanding entrepreneurial teams. We can find a place for growing entrepreneurial talents. The performance and treatment of entrepreneurs can be reasonably fair.
