前臂皮肤引牵是小儿肱骨骨折、肱骨髁上骨折的安全有效的治疗方法。传统的前臂皮肤牵引是用胶布粘在前臂尺侧皮肤和挠侧皮肤,胶布与皮肤接触面积较小,牵引力不够,失去牵引作用。我们应用废弃的骨科固定材料,改制成前臂皮肤牵引分力架。报告如下。 制作方法:①材料:6孔普通接骨板2条(长12.5cm),脊柱侧弯矫正杠一根,克氏钢针2根(直径0.25cm),螺母4个(直径4mm)。②制作:截取脊柱侧弯矫正杠2段,每段长5.56cm长丝,直径4mm,制成2根支撑棒。然后把支撑棒放在2条接骨板两端的孔内,用螺母固定成框架。将克氏钢针从中点对折成锐角,两端弯成同一规格的钩,与接骨板两端的第2个孔相连接,即完成改进牵引分力板的制作。 应用:把胶布绕到接骨板上,把分力板放在掌指关节平面,将胶布粘在前臂皮肤的掌、背侧,牵引绳系在克氏钢针锐
