利用SEM和XRD研究了ZL205A合金铸件Cu元素晶界偏析。结果表明:结晶过程中Cu元素自发往晶界偏聚,晶界偏析宏观形貌为弯曲条状,曲线条之间相互平行,偏析组织是Al2Cu共晶相,呈枝晶状、网状和散乱碎片状分布在粗化的晶界上;晶界偏析与热裂具有较大相关性。
The grain boundary segregation of Cu element in ZL205A alloy casting was studied by SEM and XRD. The results show that the Cu element is segregated spontaneously to the grain boundaries during the crystallization process. The macroscopic morphology of the grain boundary segregation is curved and parallel to each other. The segregation structure is Al2Cu eutectic phase with dendritic, reticular and Scattered fragments distributed in the coarsening grain boundaries; grain boundary segregation and thermal cracking has a greater correlation.
