高血压是当前威胁人类健康的疾病。近十几年来其患病率不断上升。本文显示:①我省确诊高血压患病率为6.03％,与1979年(4.28％)相比增加40％,患病率明显上升年龄提前10年左右。城市患病率显著高于农村。两性之间患病率无明显差异。②高血压人群体重指数显著高于对照人群。吸烟、饮酒与不吸烟不饮酒人群患病率无显著差异。
Hypertension is a disease that currently threatens human health. The prevalence has risen steadily over the past decade or more. This article shows: 1 The prevalence of hypertension diagnosed in our province was 6.03%, an increase of 40% compared with 1979 (4.28%), and the prevalence rate was significantly increased by about 10 years in advance. Urban prevalence is significantly higher than in rural areas. There was no significant difference in prevalence between the sexes. 2 The body mass index of hypertensive people was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of smoking, drinking and non-smoking non-drinkers.
