由于世界政治格局的变化和现代战争形式的不同,“零伤亡战争”等新概念挑战着传统的常规武器战争。为了应对新情况下提高火器性颅脑损伤救治的成功率,现将我院近10年来收治的12例平时火器伤的救治体会,尤其对微创手术应用于颅脑火器伤清创的经验做一探讨。
