很多人喜欢吃水果,而且认为蔬菜生食更有营养,其实这里有许多误区。很多蔬菜也不是生食更有营养价值,如番茄,生食味道的确不错,但是研究表明,如果煮汤食,会产生更多的具有营养价值的番茄红素。同样,新鲜蔬菜上的农药更是对人体有极大危害,这不得不引起我们的高度重视。可以说,人们必须打破常规认识,如水果与蔬菜不一定生食好。
