一、引言为推进创新型国家建设和北京世界城市建设,加快城乡统筹发展,促进农业发展向产业融合方式转变,围绕农业科技自主创新和打造农业高端产业,国家科技部与北京市协商共建国家农业科技城。通过高端研发与现代服务引领现代农业走“三高”(高端、高效、高辐射)之路,经过5~10年时间,将国家现代农业科技城发展成为全国农业科技创新中心和现代农业产业链创业服务中心,立足首都,服务全国,面向世界。
