目的 分析准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (LASIK)对高度近视的疗效。方法 2 30例 (4 6 0眼 )行LASIK手术的高度近视患者随访 1a ,根据术前屈光度分为 3组 ,对各组术后裸眼视力及其影响因素、术后剩余屈光度及并发症进行分析。结果 术后 40 0眼 (86 96 % )达到预期的最佳矫正视力。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组达到最佳矫正视力分别为 92 6 2 %、87 45 %、77 11% ,切削区中心偏离瞳孔中心的距离 >0 5mm对术后裸眼视力有影响 ;术中多区域切削使达到最佳视力的百分率下降 (72 11% ) ;术后 3月屈光度趋于稳定 ,实际矫正度在预期矫正度± 1 0 0D内的百分率为 85 32 %。结论 LASIK术治疗高度近视疗效可靠 ,手术预测性及稳定性强。偏中心切削及多区域切削可影响术后疗效
Objective To analyze the effect of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) on high myopia. Methods Twenty-three high-myopia patients undergoing LASIK underwent follow-up of 1a. The patients were divided into three groups according to their preoperative refraction. Visual acuity and its influencing factors, postoperative residual refraction and complication were analyzed . Results 40 patients (86 96%) achieved the best corrected visual acuity after surgery. The best corrected visual acuities in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 92 6 2%, 87 45% and 77 11%, respectively. The distance from the center of the cutting area to the center of the pupil was more than 0 5 mm, which affected the visual acuity of postoperative uncorrected. (72 11%). The refraction at 3 months postoperatively tended to be stable. The actual correction degree was 85 32% within the expected degree of correction ± 100 OD. Conclusion LASIK is effective in treating high myopia, predicting the operation and stability. Partial centering and multi-regional cutting can affect the postoperative effect
