目前我国消防部队战斗班的编制制度,基本上是“一班一车”制,“宁夏消防协会任政等同志根据他们多年来的实践,提出了消防战斗班配双车的改革设想,并在永宁、贺兰两县进行了试点,结果证明,它对提高战斗班的作战能力,发挥人的主观能动性渚方面有明显效果。因为它属于体制改革范畴,涉及整个部队基层结构的调整,所以希望大家提出看法,积极展开讨论。
