有些初参加运动的人,在运动时或运动后出现头晕现象,轻的表现头晕目眩、眼冒金花。重的表现四肢发软、恶心呕吐、甚至晕倒在地。这种现象,叫运动性头晕,是体育运动中常见的一种病理生理现象,这是怎么一回事呢?据研究,引起运动性头晕的原因有以下5种:一是运动前没有做好准备活动,心肺等内脏器官的功能没有充分调动起来,血液不能及时的供应头部,使大脑皮质缺血缺氧。二是平时缺乏锻炼,心肺功能较弱,如果突然从事剧烈的体育运动,心肺等内脏器官的功能不能适应剧烈运动的需要。三是运动强度过大或运动时间过长,身体过度疲劳,大部分血液进入肌肉,造成脑组织缺血缺氧。四是对某些运动的技术动作掌握不好,脚落地太猛或两脚跟落地,震动了大脑组织,引起了头晕。五是天气太热,运动量又大,发生中暑从而引起头晕。为了避免运动时发生头晕,要针对引起头晕的原因进行防治。如运动前做好准备活动,等内脏器官的功能充分调动起来以后,再
