以脐橙果实(Citrussinensis L. osbeck)为试材,采收后用 2% 的壳聚糖溶液浸泡处理 1min,取出晾干,用青霉病菌(Penicillium italicum)孢子悬浮液对其进行损伤接种,贮存于 20℃,85%~95% 相对湿度条件下,研究壳聚糖对脐橙果实青霉病抗病性的影响。另外,采用不进行损伤接种的果实观察测定贮藏品质的变化。结果表明,接种后第 18d,2% 壳聚糖处理果实的接种发病率和病斑直径分别比对照果实低72.72% 和 90.19%。在果实贮藏过程中,2% 壳聚糖处理后的果实的总酚、类黄酮和可溶性蛋白含量一直高于对照果实。并且 2% 壳聚糖处理能延缓果实抗坏血酸、失重率、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸的含量的降低。说明 2% 壳聚糖处理能够抑制脐橙果实贮藏期中青霉病的发展,提高脐橙果实的抗病能力,延缓果实品质的下降。
The fruit of Citrus sinensis L. osbeck was taken as test material and soaked in 2% chitosan solution for 1 min after harvesting. The seedlings were taken out to be dried and inoculated with a spore suspension of Penicillium italicum for storage The effects of chitosan on the resistance of Penicillium sp. To Navel orange fruit were studied at 20 ℃ and 85% ~ 95% relative humidity. In addition, changes in storage quality were measured by observation of fruit without inoculation. The results showed that on the 18th day after inoculation, the inoculation rate and spot diameter of 2% chitosan treated fruits were 72.72% and 90.19% lower than that of the control fruits respectively. During fruit storage, the contents of total phenolic, flavonoid and soluble protein in 2% chitosan treated fruits were always higher than those in control fruits. And 2% chitosan treatment can delay fruit ascorbic acid, weight loss rate, soluble solids, titratable acid content decreased. The results showed that 2% chitosan treatment could inhibit the development of Penicillium in the storage period of navel orange fruit, enhance the disease resistance of navel orange fruit and delay the decline of fruit quality.
