职工培训是指任何用来发展职工的知识、技巧、行为和态度,以有助于达到组织目标的系统过程。事业单位要发展,就必须拥有与之相匹配的人力资源。职工培训的支持单位发展的有效载体,也是事业单位人事管理的一个重要内容。本文结合当前新的形势,就当前事业单位职工培训出现的问题,如何改进职工培训为单位重点工作服务,职工培训如何进一步创新发展等问题,作如下调研和思考。
Employee training refers to any systematic process used to develop the knowledge, skills, behaviors and attitudes of employees to help achieve organizational goals. Institutions to develop, we must have a matching human resources. An effective carrier for the development of employee training support units is also an important part of personnel management in public institutions. Based on the current new situation, this article makes the following research and pondering on such issues as the problems of staff training in current public institutions, how to improve staff training as key work service, and how to further innovate and develop staff training.
