随着改革开放的深入进行 ,国有医院不断转换经营机制 ,医院已逐步成为了自我经营、自负盈亏、自我约束的医院法人实体 ,其今后的技术信息、资金、医学人才、医学服务等都要直接面对市场 ,这就使医院不能只以医疗为中心 ,还要全力以赴地抓经营管理和开拓市场 ,以求生存和发展。
