张涛清(1915～),山东烟台人,字巨源,中共党员,主任医师。1929年拜当地名医王玉为师,学成后在烟台、北京等地行医。1952年初,在中央卫生部主办的针灸研究班深造。同年11月加入抗美援朝总会卫生工作委员会针灸医疗队。1953年2月随队赴西北工作,在西安、咸阳、宝鸡、天水、兰州等地疗养院为志愿军伤病员服务,因医术精湛,疗效卓著而声誉日高。其后,受命于甘肃省人民政府卫生厅筹建中医门诊部和省中医院。1957年初甘肃省中医院正式成立,历任副院长、院长职务。1983年退居二线,任名誉院长。1986年经他积极倡导和亲自组建成立了甘肃皇甫谧针灸研究所,任所长,后任名誉所长。历任省政协二至六届委员;中国针灸学会一、二届理事,临床研究会顾问,专家讲师团教授,甘
Zhang Taoqing (1915 ~), Yantai, Shandong, Giant word source, member of the Communist Party of China, chief physician. In 1929 thanks to local famous doctor Wang Yu as a teacher, after studying in Yantai, Beijing and other places of practice. In early 1952, acupuncture course sponsored by the Central Ministry of Health was further studied. In November the same year, he joined the Acupuncture Medical Team of the Health Work Committee of the Korean Anti-Usan Association. In February 1953, he went to work in the northwest with his team and worked in the sanatoriums for volunteers in Xi’an, Xianyang, Baoji, Tianshui and Lanzhou. Because of his superb medical skills and remarkable curative effect, his reputation was high. Later, he was ordered by the Health Department of Gansu Provincial People’s Government to set up a Chinese medicine clinic and a provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. In early 1957 Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was formally established, served as vice president, president positions. Retired in second line in 1983, honorary president. In 1986, he actively advocated and personally formed the establishment of Gansu Huangfu Mi Acupuncture Institute, served as director, later honorary director.
