超级计算是衡量一个国家科技实力和综合竞争力的具有战略意义的重要标志,对超级计算发展水平的综合评价对于准确认识超级计算发展趋势和特点有重要意义。超级计算分中心作为我国超级计算环境的中间层次,在超级计算的整体发展中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文选取2012-2015年时序立体数据,以8个分中心为评价对象,对分中心相比于基期的发展进步水平进行评价。文章在评价时以各分中心2011年指标数据为相应基期值,计算分中心各指标的相对发展速度,并利用组合赋权法确定指标权重,建立了分中心发展进步指数,利用二次加权法对不同时间点发展进步指数进行综合,得到分中心超级计算动态评价值。通过对发展进步指数横向、纵向分析以及对动态评价值的比较,得出各分中心超级计算整体发展水平。
Supercomputing is an important symbol to measure a country’s scientific and technological strength and overall competitiveness. The comprehensive evaluation of the level of supercomputing development is of great significance for accurately understanding the development trends and characteristics of supercomputing. As the middle level of super computing environment in our country, supercomputing sub-center plays a crucial role in the overall development of supercomputing. This article chooses the time series three-dimensional data from 2012 to 2015 and evaluates the development progress of sub-centers compared with the base period by taking 8 sub-centers as evaluation objects. In the evaluation, the index data of each sub-center in 2011 are taken as the corresponding base period values to calculate the relative speed of development of sub-centers, and the weight of indicators is determined by combinatorial weighting method. The sub-center development and progress index is established. The index of progress in development at different time points is integrated, and the dynamic evaluation value of sub-center supercomputing is obtained. Through the horizontal and vertical analysis of the development progress index and the comparison of the dynamic evaluation values, the overall development of supercomputing in each sub-center is drawn.
