政党发展是一个中性概念,是指在政治生活中,政党受内外条件的影响自觉不自觉地推动自身发展,并以此影响社会发展的动态过程。从世界范围看,总体而言,政党发展可以从三个方面来分析:从人们对政党的态度而言,从否定到肯定再到怀疑;从一国内部各个政党自身的互动形态而言,从冲突抗衡到竞争协调;从组织形态而言,从权贵型政党到大众型政党再到兼容型政党和卡特尔型政党。如果从政党与国家、社会的关系和公共选择理论两个方面来对政党的未来进行预测,则政党在兴盛之后的衰弱或许是不可避免的。
The development of political parties is a neutral concept, which refers to the dynamic process in which political parties consciously and unconsciously promote their own development under the influence of internal and external conditions and thereby affect the social development. Judging from the perspective of the world as a whole, the development of political parties can be analyzed from three aspects: from the viewpoint of people’s attitude towards political parties, from negation to affirmation to suspicion; from the interactive forms of the various political parties in a country, Conflicts contend to the coordination of competition; from the organizational point of view, from the power of the party to the mass-type parties to compatibility-type parties and cartel-type political parties. If we predict the future of a political party from two aspects: the relationship between the political party and the state, the society, and the theory of public choice, the political party’s weakness after its rise may be unavoidable.
