徐可强,男,研究员,金属材料及工艺学方面专家。1980～1996年任机械工业部郑州机械研究所金属材料热处理中心技术员、工程师、高级工程师、焊接技术研究中心主任、科研办公室副主任、主任、副所长;大洋焊接器材有限公司董事长(郑州机械研究所独资);1997～2002年任中国磨料磨具工业公司和中国磨料磨具工业进出口联营公司总经理、党委书记;中国机床工具协会磨料磨具分会理事长;2002～2011年任机械科学研究总院机科发展科技股份有限公司党委书记、副总裁、董事;现任北京机电研究所所长兼党委副书记,中国热处理行业协会副理事长。
