我国经济的快速发展促进了我国人才结构培养模式的不断创新,进而针对区域建设发展提出协同创新理念,重点分析高职院校推行这种培养模式的意义所在,并在某种程度上促进高职院校专业群建设,不断创新人才培养,文章针对如何构建高职院校专业群协同创新模式进行了深入了研究,并提出相关理念以此作为参考。
The rapid economic development in our country has promoted the continuous innovation of the training model of our country’s talent structure and put forward the concept of collaborative innovation in light of the regional construction and development. The emphasis is put on the significance of promoting such a training model in higher vocational colleges and, to a certain extent, The construction of professional groups in colleges and universities and the continuous innovation of personnel training are carried out. The article makes an in-depth study on how to build a collaborative innovation model for professional groups in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some relevant concepts as references.
