第一届“非电离辐射户外照射生物效应、危害及防护”(NIRO)国际讨论会,于1987年8月12日至16日在瑞典斯德哥尔摩Wen(?)er-Gren中心召开。会议由瑞典卡洛林斯卡(Karalinska)研究所眼科与国际劳动眼科协会联合举办。由Tegnoth教授任主席,组织委员会有端典国防研究院院长Dr Ryheck及Dr. And-erberg,Sjolund教授等组成。会议目的系针对非电离辐射(激光及微波)在户外应用日益广泛,包括军用及民用,增加对人员的危害,需要进行国际交流,交换信息及开展国际协作。
The first International Symposium on “Biological Effects, Harm and Prevention of Outdoor Exposure to Non-Ionizing Radiation” (NIRO) took place August 12-16, 1987, at the Wenger Ergren Center in Stockholm, Sweden. The meeting was jointly organized by the Karalinska Institute Eye Institute and the International Labor Eye Society. By Professor Tegnoth chaired the organizing committee Dredian Defense Research Institute Dean Dr Ryheck and Dr. And-erberg, Professor Sjolund and other components. The purpose of the conference is to increase the outdoor use of non-ionizing radiation (laser and microwave) in a wide range of fields, including military and civilian use, increase the harm to people, and require international exchanges, exchange of information and international cooperation.
