本文对43例SLE患者和19例健康女性的血清PGE_2、IL-1含量和外周血HLA-DR~+单核细胞表达率检测研究。结果表明,SLE活动期患者HLA-DR~+单核细胞表达率(77.3±9.51%)明显高于稳定期患者(52±14.74%)和健康人(52±5.88%)(P<0.O1)。而SLE稳定期患者血清PGE_2含量(298±220pg/ml)显著高于活动期患者(106±64pg/ml)和健康人(113±34pg/ml)(P<0.01)。SLE患者HLA-DR~+单核细胞表达率与血清PGE_2含量之间呈现较好负相关(r=-0.65,P<0.05)。活动期患者血清IL-1活性水平(2.58±0.62)高于稳定期患者(1.78±0.44)(P<0.05),但两者血清IL-1活性水平与健康人(1.98±0.30)比较无统计学差异,然而SLE患者血清IL-1活性水平与HLA-DR~+单核细胞表达率之间也存在弱正相关(r=0.58,P<0.05)。本实验研究表明,SLE患者的HLA-DR~+单核细胞表达率变化与血清PGE_2和IL-1含量变化之间存在相关性。
In this paper, 43 cases of SLE patients and 19 healthy women serum PGE 2, IL-1 levels and peripheral blood HLA-DR ~ + mononuclear cell expression test. The results showed that the expression of HLA-DR ~ + monocytes in active SLE patients (77.3 ± 9.51%) was significantly higher than that in stable patients (52 ± 14.74%) and healthy persons (52 ± 5.88%) (P <0.01) ). However, the serum PGE 2 level in stable SLE patients (298 ± 220 pg / ml) was significantly higher than that in active patients (106 ± 64 pg / ml) and healthy persons (113 ± 34 pg / ml) (P <0.01). There was a negative correlation between the expression of HLA-DR + monocytes and serum PGE 2 in patients with SLE (r = -0.65, P <0.05). The level of IL-1 in patients with active stage (2.58 ± 0.62) was significantly higher than that in stable stage (1.78 ± 0.44) (P <0.05), but there was no statistical difference between the two groups in serum IL-1 activity and healthy subjects (1.98 ± 0.30) However, there was a weak positive correlation between serum IL-1 level and the expression of HLA-DR + monocytes in SLE patients (r = 0.58, P <0.05). Our experimental study shows that there is a correlation between the changes of HLA-DR + monocyte expression and the changes of serum PGE 2 and IL-1 levels in SLE patients.
