1病例报告患者,男性,40岁。主因咽痛3天,发热1天,来我院就诊。查体:体温40.1℃,脉搏105次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压125/84mmHg,颌下淋巴结肿大,咽部充血,扁桃Ⅲ度肿大,未见脓点,心肺检查未见异常。血常规显示:白细胞总数10.2×109/L,中性粒细胞0.63,淋巴细胞0.54。初诊为急性扁桃体炎。经询问病史,患者有青霉素过敏史,医生给予复方氨林巴比妥注射液2ml肌肉注射,0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml加病毒唑注射液0.4g静脉点滴,5%葡萄糖注射液500ml加克林霉素注射液0.9g静脉点滴。当肌注复方氨林巴比妥注射液约20s
