为了认真执行全省第一届人民代表大会第一次会议提交政府办理的有关修整地方道路的各项提案,并使各级人民政府切实负责,保证顺利地完成此次地方道路修整任务。特制定实施方案如下: (一)具体任务此次道路修整任务,全省共计公路五条,大车路二十四条,另有桥涵等工程四十余处。各专具体任务如下:计长治专区公路一条,大车路二条,桥涵等工程七处;运城专区大车路一条,桥涵等工程五处;临汾专区公路二条,大车路五条,桥涵等工程八处;榆次专区公路一条,大车路八条,桥涵等工程十一处;忻县专区大车路三条,桥涵等工程九处;雁北专区公路一条,大车路四条,(?)骡路一条,桥涵等工程九处。各专具体工程项目如附表。在时间要求上,工程任务较小者,应争取在本年内全部完成;较大工程至遲亦应于一九五五年七月底以前完工。
In order to conscientiously implement the proposals submitted by the government concerning the road to trimming localities and make the people’s governments at all levels responsible for the implementation of the first meeting of the first session of the people’s congress of the province, we will ensure that the task of trimming local roads will be successfully completed. In terms of time requirements, the lesser of the construction tasks should be fully completed within the year; the larger ones should be completed by the end of July 1955 at the latest.
