以甜柿为材料,对组培正常苗与玻璃苗的形态学差异进行了观察,研究了玻璃化现象发生的原因及防治方法。结果表明:培养体系的水分状 况不适是甜柿 玻璃苗发生 的主要原因。提高培养基中琼脂粉含量( 达10 g/ L) 可降低培养基的水势,尤其是 降低了试管苗的水势,能有效地防止玻璃苗的发生,同时有利于继代苗的增殖和生长;适当减少每瓶中接种数目及缩短继代培养时间,也可降低玻璃苗的发生频率。
