中国有独立核算工业企业近40万户,其中大型工业企业5000多户,占独立核算国有工业企业总户数的8%左右,但其工业总产值和产品销售收入均占总额的60%左右,净资产、利税都占总额的70%以上.一方面,国有大中型企业是加快中国国民经济发展的骨干力量和希望之光;另一方面,经年难止的亏损面和居高不下的负债率,遏制着企业的活力与效益.成为当前国有经济发展的一大难题.如何让国有大中型企业焕发生机、充满活力?当然需要深化改革,需要企业制度创新,但包括经营者在内的企业干部队伍,却是国有企业的活力之本.这组专题,试图探讨如何开发、培育、激励、监督企业的干部队伍,以激活国有大中型企业的巨大潜能.
There are nearly 400,000 independent accounting industrial enterprises in China, including more than 5,000 large-scale industrial enterprises, accounting for about 8% of the total number of independent accounting state-owned industrial enterprises, but their total industrial output value and product sales revenue account for about 60% of the total. Net assets, profits, and taxes account for more than 70% of the total. On the one hand, state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises are the backbone and hope for accelerating the development of China’s national economy; on the other hand, the year-end losses and high debts are high. The rate has curbed the vitality and efficiency of the enterprise. It has become a major problem in the development of the state-owned economy. How to make the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises rejuvenate and full of vitality? Of course, deepening reforms are needed, and innovation of the enterprise system is needed, but enterprises including operators are needed. The team of cadres is the vitality of state-owned enterprises. This group of topics tries to explore how to develop, nurture, motivate, and supervise the cadres of enterprises to activate the huge potential of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises.
