我们采用上海手术器械厂特制的剪刀、钳子和咬切器,作膜性白内障手术。这些器械的外形均为细长的手枪形,头部张开部分仅5～6mm,可以剪、钳夹、或咬切。5年来,我院用这种器械作手术32例,情况如下。男性25例、女性7例。7月～8岁8例,11～20岁9例,21～30岁13例,38岁1例,57岁1例。病史半～2年21例,2～5年7例,7～10年2例,14～24年2例。局麻后,剪开结膜,距角膜缘4mm 处作平行于角膜缘的巩膜切口,切开半层时缝予
