鉴于哈拉哈塘油田复杂的地质情况以及脱硫后储油罐硫化氢超标的油井,都为产气量小或者间歇产气的井。在这种情况下,单纯增加某种脱硫药剂浓度、质量已经不能满足油田正常生产需求,必须查找脱硫后硫化氢超标的根本原因并优化改进。本文针对哈拉哈塘油田脱硫中出现的问题,对原油脱硫技术的利弊进行分析,并对单井的H2S超标提出了措施和建议。
In view of the complicated geological conditions in the Halahatang oilfield and the wells that exceed the hydrogen sulfide limit of the storage tank after desulfurization, they are wells with small gas production or intermittent gas production. In this case, simply increase the concentration of a desulfurization agent, the quality can no longer meet the normal production needs of the oil field, the root cause of excessive hydrogen sulfide after desulfurization must be found and optimized and improved. In this paper, according to the problems in the desulfurization of Halahatang oilfield, the advantages and disadvantages of crude oil desulfurization technology are analyzed, and the measures and suggestions are put forward for exceeding the standard of single well H2S.
