利用振动进行工作的机械都称为振动机械,按其工作原理,我们可以把它分为减振型,刚体型和自激型三种。减振型振动机的结构中包括有激振器、工作构件和减振元件这三部分的振动机就称为减振型振动机。例如振动筛,振动给料机,振动运输机等。力学模型如图1所示。刚体型振动机的结构中仅包括激振器、工作构件,而无减振元件的振动机称为刚体型振动机。例如振动夯,振捣器,防堵塞装置等。
