科学技术是生产力,这是科学技术的本质属性,是马克思主义的基本观点。而科学技术的生产力功能在不同时代有不同特点,它经历了由潜在的精神文化力量到生产过程的因素再到相对独立的科技生产力三个阶段。
Science and technology are productive forces. This is an essential attribute of science and technology and a basic Marxist view. However, the productivity function of science and technology has different characteristics in different times. It has experienced three stages from the potential spiritual and cultural power to the production process to the relatively independent scientific and technological productivity.
