Nuclear factor kappa B (NFκB) is a type of nuclear transcription factor that exists in the cytoplasm. After being activated by many factors in vivo and in vitro, NFκB can be transferred to the nucleus to regulate the expression of multiple genes involved in hematologic malignancies , Play a role in mediating the occurrence and proliferation of hematological malignancies, inducing chemotherapy and radiotherapy tolerance, determining the tissue composition of tumors and inducing mucosal injury. The NFκB as a new target for the treatment of hematologic malignancies, the selective regulation of its activity, for the treatment of hematological malignancies and to improve the sensitivity of radiation and chemotherapy to open up a new way.
