隶属于香港中央青年事务委员会的青年政策工作小组,担负着研究各政府部门及社团组织有关青年的现行政策,探讨其他国家的青年政策以及研究这些政策如何制定、向中央青年事务委员会建议是否需要制定一套全面的青年政策的职能。为了实现这一职能,该小组自1986年下半年起进行了一系列调研活动;探访有关机构;组织小组研讨会和大型研讨会;进行《现今青年需要和期望调查》和《社会对现今青年的期望调查》;开展各国“青年政策”比较研究等。经过18个月的调研,向中央青年事务委员会提交了一份内容详尽的调研报告。
The Youth Policy Working Group affiliated with the Hong Kong Central Youth Commission is charged with studying the existing policies of youth in various government departments and community organizations, exploring youth policies in other countries, studying how these policies are formulated, and advising the Central Youth Commission on the need to formulate A comprehensive set of youth policy functions. In order to realize this function, the group conducted a series of research activities since the second half of 1986; visited relevant institutions; organized group seminars and large-scale seminars; carried out the Survey on Current Youth Needs and Expectations; and the “ Expectation survey ”; carry out a comparative study on“ youth policies ”among various countries. After 18 months of research, a thorough research report was submitted to the Central Youth Commission.
