油田工程的建设是我国现阶段发展过程中重要的能源支柱产业之一,在我国能源产业进行规划建设的过程中,大多数产业的建设规划方式基本上均以定额、定量、事先预算为主。但是在实际的建设发展过程中,油田产业在进行施工管理过程中,这种预定模式的管理对其建造过程中工程的实施,显然没有任何的作用。在我国油田建设部门的发展组建过程中,由于其内部的特殊性,所以导致了标准化造价原则在油田工程造价管理的使用中突出了自己所特有的内涵以及特点。
The construction of oilfield project is one of the important energy pillar industries in the development of our country at present stage.
