研究了办公设备纸张在自由振动过程中的阻尼特性 ,建立了针对纸张振动问题的空气阻尼模型 .由该空气阻尼模型得到的纸张振动的平均对数衰减率、平均周期和平衡位置与实验结果吻合 ,证明该空气阻尼模型对于办公设备纸张的自由振动是适用的 ,修正系数具有通用性 .理论结果是通过有限元方法计算得到的 .这项研究可作为进一步研究办公设备纸张动态特性及动态仿真的基础 ,对合理设计办公设备进纸机构以解决卡纸故障有重要意义 .
The paper studies damping characteristics of paper in office equipment during free vibration and establishes air damping model for paper vibration.The average logarithm decrement, average period and equilibrium position of paper vibration obtained by the air damping model agree well with experimental results , Which proves that the air damping model is suitable for the free vibration of office paper and the correction coefficient is universal.The theoretical result is calculated by the finite element method.This study can be used as a further study of paper dynamic characteristics and dynamic simulation of office equipment Based on the rational design of office equipment into the paper body to solve the problem of paper jam is of great significance.
