本文着重研究了应用卷积滤波法进行高速凸轮曲线动态设计的方法。文中引入了巴什瓦能量定理,用以在控制余振响应谱的同时,对凸轮曲线的速度和加速度最大值进行控制;文中还提出了有效控制余振响应谱的几种窗函数,以适应不同的工作要求,并以窗函数对常用凸轮曲线进行响应谱控制为例,说明了这一方法的实际使用。利用本文提出的方法,可以设计出具有良好动力响应的高速凸轮曲线,以降低凸轮机构的振动、噪声和磨损。
This article focuses on the study of the convolution filter method for high-speed cam curve dynamic design method. In this paper, the Bashwa energy theorem is introduced to control the response spectrum of the residual vibration while controlling the maximum value of the velocity and acceleration of the cam curve. Several window functions for effectively controlling the response spectrum of the residual vibration are also proposed to adapt Different job requirements, and the window function of the commonly used cam curve response spectrum control as an example, illustrates the practical use of this method. Using the method proposed in this paper, a high-speed cam curve with good dynamic response can be designed to reduce the vibration, noise and wear of the cam mechanism.
