沙门氏菌是肠杆菌科中一大类重要致病菌,在动物和人群中广为散播,引起人和动物的疾病,严重的会出现死亡,在公共卫生上具有重要意义。沙门氏菌已成为引起细菌性食物中毒的主要致病菌之一,约占食物中毒总病例的40%。其中许多沙门氏菌病系通过奶制品传播;因此鲜奶的卫生与否密切关系人的健康。长期以来,我们对鲜奶的沙门氏菌检测采用国标方法,该法以分离培养、生化及血清学试验为基础,操作繁琐、工作量大、耗时,阴性结果报告需4~5天,阳性结果报告需6~7天,这么长的检验时间,既增加生产成本,也影响产品质量。为此,我们在王志亮等研制的沙门氏菌属特异单克隆抗体的基础上,建立了直接ELISA方法,对500份鲜牛奶样品进行沙门氏菌检测,同时作国标方法平行检测试验,取得满意的结果,现报告如下。
Salmonella is a major group of Enterobacteriaceae important pathogens, widely spread in animals and people, causing human and animal diseases, severe deaths, in public health is of great significance. Salmonella has become one of the main pathogens causing bacterial food poisoning, accounting for about 40% of the total cases of food poisoning. Many of these Salmonella diseases are transmitted through dairy products; therefore the hygiene of milk is closely linked to human health. For a long time, we have adopted the national standard method for the detection of salmonella in milk. The method is based on isolation and culture, biochemical and serological tests. The operation is cumbersome, heavy workload, time-consuming, and negative results reported for 4 to 5 days. The positive results report Need 6 ~ 7 days, such a long inspection time, both to increase production costs, but also affect product quality. Therefore, based on the specific monoclonal antibody against Salmonella developed by Wang Zhiliang et al., We established a direct ELISA method to test Salmonella in 500 fresh milk samples and achieved parallel test for GB method. as follows.
