目的:了解奎屯市健康成年人唾液中氟化物的含量。方法:用盐酸浸提—离子选择电极法,调查20~60岁范围内87例成年人唾液中的氟。结果:奎屯市成年人唾液中氟化物的含量为0.134±0.061 mg/L,男女之间差异无显著性。结论:奎屯市成年人唾液中的氟化物含量在正常范围内。
Objective: To understand the fluoride content in saliva of healthy adults in Kuitun City. Methods: Hydrochloric acid extraction - ion selective electrode method was used to investigate fluoride in saliva of 87 adults aged 20-60 years. Results: The saliva fluoride content of adult in Kuitun was 0.134 ± 0.061 mg / L, there was no significant difference between male and female. Conclusion: The fluoride content in saliva of adults in Kuitun City is within the normal range.
