2014年9月22日至25日,由中共中央党史研究室、中共贵州省委、中国中共党史学会主办,中共贵州省委党史研究室、中共中央党史研究室宣传教育局承办的第二届全国党史文化论坛在贵阳举行、福建省党史系统共有7篇论文入选,其中省委党史研究室副主任黄玲、省委党史研究室研究一处主任科员毛立红和福建省革命历史纪念馆副馆长、研究馆员汤家庆等3位论文作者获邀出席。
