人们日常生活中,吃穿住行是四大基本需求,作为基本需求的住,是我国越来越关注的问题,住房公积金制度的合理,能够解决住的这一基本需求,给人们住提供保障,能够维护社会和谐和稳定。我国的住房公积金制度经历啦十几年的发展,也给广大群众带来了实惠,让人民群众住的基本需求得到满足,结果是令人欣慰的,但我们也不能忽视发展中存在的一些问题,这些都需要进行改进和完善。问题得到改进之后,公积金发挥保障作用才不会受到影响。本文简要分析住房公积金发展及改革的方向,并针对存在的问题提出一些解决措施。
