动物心电图是医药学研究常用指标。陈修等指出豚鼠心电图敏感而有优点,我们在乌头碱的实验研究中也发现豚鼠心电图是可靠而有价值的指标。对正常豚鼠心电图的系统分析国内报道较少,为此我们对95例正常豚鼠心电图作了统计分析,并探讨了乌拉坦麻醉过程豚鼠心电图的变化。材料和方法我院动物室繁殖饲养的健康豚鼠95只,体重平均565±131克(300-810克)。雄78只,雌17只。实验结束后,对其中20只抽样作大体解剖,证实心、肝、肾等均正常,无其它全身性疾病。雌鼠无1例妊
Animal ECG is a commonly used indicator of medical research.
