近几年国际能源危机以来,各国从能源保护出发,对炼钢方法的能耗作了许多研究分析。今就鞍钢平炉(1)不用氧、(2)炉门小管吹氧、(3)氧气顶吹三种不同炼钢方法所生产的钢,按其生产中所消耗的原材料、燃料、动力,换算成工序能耗与累计能耗,见表1。换算的依据见表2。可见平炉吹氧在增产的同时是节能的。
