改革是顺应历史潮流的必然产物,纵观历史长河,改革无一不是一波三折、困难重重的,这其中对始终奋斗在教育一线的教学实践工作者来说,探索真理的路上尽管有着无数的艰辛,但是更多的是收获与成长。置身于现代教学工作中的教师,感受最为深刻、最令人欣喜若狂的是——传统满堂灌的教学模式终于走到了改变的十字路口。在创新教育教学理论的带领和指引下,要求新的课堂做到教学合一,即既要重视对知识本身的传授,更要重视对学生能力的培养。
