劳动力需求的政府行为包括:最低工资法、工薪税、工资补贴。部分研究人员认为最低工资法的提出会减少就业。本文以我国买方垄断的劳动力市场为例,在假定条件发生变化、有未覆盖部门的影响及替代效应和规模效应共同作用的前提下进行分析,研究结果显示,提高最低工资与就业减少之间不存在必然的因果关系。此外,本文也对不同的劳动供给弹性下工薪税和就业补贴对就业的影响进行了经济归宿分析。
Government actions on labor demand include: the minimum wage law, payroll taxes, wage subsidies. Some researchers believe that the proposed minimum wage law will reduce employment. This paper takes the monopolized labor market of our country as an example and analyzes the assumptions that have changed under the premise of the influence of unoccupied sectors and the combination of substitution effects and economies of scale. The results show that there is no significant difference between raising the minimum wage and reducing employment There is a necessary causal relationship. In addition, this paper also analyzes the impact of different labor supply elasticity under the conditions of salary and employment subsidy on employment.
