本文介绍免疫复合物内含有一种或多种能同Ⅰ型抗单纯疱疹病毒抗体发生反应的抗原。病例系男性患者,21岁,以头痛、右眼视力模糊和疼痛入院治疗。裂隙灯活组织显微镜检查看到右眼睫状体充血,角膜后沉着物,细胞(+++),房水闪光(+)。检眼镜可见多处点状渗出,视网膜下部及血管周围散在出血,并有黄白渗出。荧光血管造影呈现漏出和视网膜周围动脉消失。
This article describes an immune complex that contains one or more antigens that react with anti-herpes simplex virus type I antibodies. The case was a male patient, aged 21, hospitalized with headache, blurred vision and pain in the right eye. Slit lamp biomicroscopy showed right eye ciliary body congestion, corneal posterior deposition, cells (+++), aqueous humor (+). See multiple ophthalmoscopy exudate punctate, scattered around the blood vessels and subretinal hemorrhage, and yellow exudate. Fluorescent angiography showed leakage and disappearance of the arteries surrounding the retina.
