学报是学术成果的载体,是增进知识界横向联系的纽带。目前,高等院校学报面临着发行量少、经费来源较窘迫等问题。如何在学报改革中解决这些紧迫问题,以谋求学报自身的发展,成为人们思考的热门话题。本文旨在此意义上作一点探讨。
Journals are the carrier of academic achievement and a link to promote the horizontal connection of intellectual circles. At present, the journals of colleges and universities are faced with problems such as fewer circulation and more funding sources. How to solve these urgent problems in the reform of journals to seek their own development of journals has become a hot topic for people to think about. This article aims to make a point in this sense.
