Economic center has been down. The troika, which drove economic growth, stalled together, suggesting that China’s economy is slowing down. National Bureau of Statistics data released recently show that from the investment point of view, since September 2013, China’s investment growth slowed down again, the growth rate of investment in fixed assets of the whole society fell from 20.3% in September to 19.6% in December.
