一、原理所谓“双液面”是指在一容器内置入两种不互溶的液体所形成的两个液层反射面,如图1所示。相干光束 u_1来自上液面的反射,另一光束 u_2来自下液面的反射,并两次透过样品。玻璃样品的折射率为 n,匹配液的折射率为 n′,且 n 和 n′相差甚微(<10~(-2)~10~(-3)),所以样品表面的反射可忽略。
First, the principle The so-called “double-liquid” refers to a container containing two immiscible liquid formed by the two liquid layer reflection surface, shown in Figure 1. The coherent beam u_1 comes from the reflection of the upper liquid surface and the other beam u 2 comes from the reflection of the lower liquid surface and passes through the sample twice. The refractive index of the glass sample is n, the refractive index of the matching liquid is n ’, and the difference between n and n’ is very small (<10 -2 to 10 -3). Therefore, the reflection on the sample surface is negligible.
