本文对北京市西山试验林场的林地、林木资产及其百望山森林公园的游憩价值作了评估，经过计算分析，用比较评分法评估出该场林地资产总价值约为４．５５亿元；采取林木补偿价法估算全场的林木资产额约为３．６５亿元；百望山森林公园的游憩价值用类比法评估，结果约为１６５万元／年。
The paper evaluates the forestland and tree forest assets and the recreational value of its Baiwangshan Forest Park in Xishan Experimental Forest Farm in Beijing. After calculation and analysis, the total value of the forestland assets is estimated to be about 455 million yuan by comparison score method. Estimated total tree forest value of about 365 million yuan using forest compensation price method; the recreational value of Baiwangshan Forest Park was assessed by analogy, with the result of about 1.65 million yuan / year.
