目的了解北京地区成人雌马酚代谢表型及雌马酚的生理范围,分析雌马酚表型与膳食等生活方式的关系。方法应用现况调查方法,筛选出200名在北京市区居住5年以上、20~72岁成年人,男女各100人。填写问卷获得人口学特征及吸烟饮酒等生活方式,用两天膳食记录法获得膳食营养素摄入量,采用HPLC法分析负荷大豆异黄酮前后尿中雌马酚等大豆异黄酮24h排泄量,计算产雌马酚者比例及其与膳食等因素的关系。结果负荷前雌马酚生理范围0~76.56μmol/24h,产雌马酚者比例为26.8%,负荷后比例提高到60.4%。产雌马酚者与非产生者之间大豆类食品及各种营养素摄入量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。大豆异黄酮摄入量与排泄量呈正相关关系(相关系数为0.49~0.58,P<0.01)。结论在日常膳食条件下,大约有1/4北京成人尿液中能检测到雌马酚,但潜在的产生雌马酚的能力很大。
Objective To understand the phenolic metabolic phenotype of adult and the physiological range of equol in Beijing and to analyze the relationship between the equol phenotype and diet and other lifestyle. Methods According to the current situation survey method, 200 adults aged 20 ~ 72 years and 100 men and women who lived in Beijing urban area for more than 5 years were selected. Fill out the questionnaire to obtain demographic characteristics and smoking and drinking and other lifestyles, dietary intake of dietary intake method with two days to obtain dietary isoflavone load was measured by HPLC before and after the equol, Proportion of equol and its relationship with diet and other factors. Results Before loading, the physiological range of equol was 0 ~ 76.56μmol / 24h, the proportion of producing equol was 26.8%, and the proportion increased to 60.4% after loading. There was no significant difference in the intake of soy foods and various nutrients between those with and without equol (P> 0.05). Soy isoflavone intake and excretion were positively correlated (correlation coefficient was 0.49 ~ 0.58, P <0.01). Conclusions Under normal dietary conditions, about one-fourth of adults in Beijing urine can detect equol, but the potential for equol production is high.
